The Windy City

This weekend I was in Chicago checking out the city. We had a blast!! Note to self... don't wear a skirt down town because the wind tends to blow up it exposing your rear to everyone. Yeah that happened to me WITH my parents and cars were honking and people were yelling out their window. HORRIFIED. I went right to Express and grabbed the first pair of jeans I saw!

The first two are of Wrigley Field.

You could buy bricks and engrave whatever you want on them. One brick Eric found read "Michelle I love you will you marry me? Love Ryan" UM HELLOOOOO PERFECT OR WHAT? Hope she said yes.

The next few are of the Cloud Gate Sculpture.

You can actually see my mom, dad, Eric and me if you look!

The next few are some photos of the buildings. I took the first one on top of the John Hancock Tower.

Water ran down the side of this concrete, and faces would show up and wink/blink. Kind of cool!

This is the side of a building. Take a look at how clean the window are!! I loved the reflection!

This was a mini water fountain that I saw while enjoying my Jamba Juice. God I wish we had some around me

We happened to catch a bike race!! Eric LOVED that.

Navy Pier

Walking below the "L", which is their subway

Each day we took a train to get to the city. I have a thing for train tracks!

Had a blast... hope you enjoyed the pictures! xoxo

BABY CHLOE

So this weekend was so perfect in so many ways. It was sunny, it was warm, I got to spend time with family, and I got to spend time with friends. On Saturday I had a bridal shower to go to for my friend Kasia. Kasia is getting married in September to the most amazing guy ever... Kris. At her shower I got to meet Chloe for the first time. Chloe is the daughter of an old co-worker Meghan. Now all of you know that normally I try to steer clear from baby's and kids, because they are not for "thing". I always say that I will prob. pass on the baby wagon, but Chloe might have been the baby that could make me think twice. I really enjoyed taking pictures of her and cant wait to photograph more little ones in the future. I know I have tons of learning to do and I am far from a pro, but something about these pictures are different from any others I have taken. Meghan I hope you enjoy them. Chloe was perfect in so many ways!!!

This is Kasia the bride giving Chloe a kiss. They stole the show on Saturday!

My favorite photo I have EVER taken THANKS CHLOE

Meghan is just the cutest and most beautiful mother ever!

Smile Pretty!!

Kasia, I promise I will put your pictures up tomorrow (Monday).

BEACH BUMB

On Saturday Sammy, Angela, Eileen and I went to the beach. After begging for four hours eileen let me practice a few shots on her and be my model (which is not hard for her at all because she is beautiful). I promised there would not be any bikini shots. DONE DEAL

My fake "ring shot" in the ocean. I obviously would not do that with a real diamond.

This kid was adorable!

Sanibel Island, FL.

Every year my parents, Eric and I go down to Sanibel Island, FL. Its pretty quiet so there is way too much time for me to go off and take photos. This year I took over 500 shots. Yeah I have an addiction. Here are some of my favorites. I know the first one has been posted before, but this is my ALL TIME FAVORITE photo I have EVER taken.

Mom & Dad

This couple was on a boat with us and I ended up becoming their best friend and took a bunch of photos for them, and emailed them to them when I returned to MA.

Sunset

I know I know... another back shot. I love the lighting in this picture. The sun had JUST come up in the early morning.

This was another sunrise shot of E and I.

Sanibel is known for their seashells

Dolphins swim really really close to you. This guys was coming right for me, and i cought this picture right as he was putting his breaks on.

Tons of tiny shells & a sunrise.
